Noridian Invests in Continued Growth with Addition of Industry Expert
Fargo, N.D. (April 9, 2024) Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs has added industry professional Lynne M. Voss as director of market strategy & research. Voss brings more than 25 years of health care experience, including a strong focus within the Medicare and Medicaid programs. In her new role, Voss will focus on competitive research and providing business insights to position Noridian for continued growth in new markets.

Voss is committed to applying an organizational efficiency-based approach to health care operations that emphasizes elevating people. She will lead the team to help maximize Noridian’s competitive position.
“My years in health care operations have made me deeply committed to enabling access to quality health care which is why I joined Noridian—because we share a common passion,” Voss explains. “As director of market strategy and research, I will help Noridian continue its commitment to expanding into new markets and improve operations at health plans and programs nationwide.”
Prior to joining Noridian, Voss was the vice president of health & welfare operations at Zenith American Solutions, where she managed multiple claims platforms and a team of more than 300 employees. Before Zenith, she spent over 20 years in Medicaid operations leadership at Conduent, which was previously Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), a Xerox Company.
Voss brings expertise in program administration, managed care, provider services, business development, and more to the role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Health Care Administration from Luther College and holds a MILC Certified Medicaid Professional (MCMP-II) certification from The Medicaid Institution. Voss resides in Des Moines, Iowa with her family.
