New director of contact center operations enhances the customer experience

Fargo, N.D. (June 20, 2023) Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs, advances its commitment to the customer experience by promoting longtime employee Monique Kleespie to director of contact center operations. 

Kleespie brings 16 years of experience at Noridian to the role, including 12 years in leadership roles within the contact center. During that time, she managed 179 employees. Kleespie brings expertise in customer service, provider inquiries, beneficiary response, reopenings and Part A and Part B Medicare requirements to the role.  

“Monique’s experience in Medicare administration contact centers includes both providers and beneficiaries and this breadth is an asset to the leadership team, elevating the customer experience,” notes Anne Simon, vice president of customer experience at Noridian. “Noridian’s commitment to Monique’s professional development encouraged her to find opportunities to augment our contact center operations and benefit our customers.” 

Kleespie subscribes to a customer-focused approach to contact center operations that emphasizes elevating people within all of the contact center operations. She will provide direction and guidance to the contact center to ensure effective and efficient customer service.

As the director of contact center operations, Kleespie will provide leadership and develop long-term strategies to further enhance the experience of Noridian’s customers. Kleespie began her career with Noridian in 2007.
