The United Way Names Noridian a Most Engaged Workplace

Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs, has been recognized for its involvement with its local community.
The United Way of Cass Clay, the local chapter of the international nonprofit fundraising network, awarded Noridian a spot in the Top Ten Most Engaged Workplaces in the Fargo-Moorhead area. This honor recognizes Noridian for its close involvement with the United Way’s charitable work for people in need. The announcement was made at the organization’s Community Celebration & Annual Meeting held on March 31.
Noridian’s sister company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, was also named as a Most Engaged Workplace, taking the top spot among all companies. Both Noridian and Blue Cross Blue Shield are regular participants in United Way fundraisers, including the annual Battle for the North, a friendly fundraising event where the two companies compete to see who can make the most charitable donations.
