Noridian Recognized as a Top 25 Engaged Workplace by United Way
FARGO, N.D. (April 12, 2023) – Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs, is proud to be named a 2023 Top 25 Engaged Workplace by United Way of Cass-Clay. The award recognizes local businesses who positively impact thousands of local lives by encouraging its employees to volunteer and give back to the community.

Noridian works on many United Way initiatives through the year, including Battle for the North, the School Supply Drive and Gobble It Up. In 2022, Noridian employees raised more than $66K for the nonprofit.
Aimee Stone, Noridian employee and committee chair for the United Way Cass-Clay Emerging Leaders Committee in 2022, adds, “The opportunity to contribute to my community, in step with my company, is deeply rewarding. One of my favorite annual activities is the School Supply Drive.”
Through the School Supply Drive, United Way of Cass-Clay was able to provide thousands of local k–12 students with the backpacks and supplies they need to succeed in school. Last year, over 6,000 local students were equipped with a backpack and a set of school supplies.
Noridian offers 16 hours of paid time for volunteering to all employees. This gives all our employees, in Cass and Clay Counties and across the nation, the opportunity to serve their community.
