Noridian Elevates Human Resources Department with New VP
FARGO, N.D. (Aug. 31, 2022) – Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs, is advancing its commitment to its employees and providing excellent customer service by adding a new member to its executive leadership team. Ellen Holt joins Noridian as the vice president of human resources and will make a positive difference in Noridian’s employment experience using her deep understanding of health care and government.
As the vice president of human resources, Holt will strategically lead and develop functions for human resources, talent and communications to meet both the current and future needs of Noridian Healthcare Solutions.

Holt comes to Noridian with more than 25 years of experience in human resources in the health care industry. Her most recent role was with CHI St. Alexius Health/CommonSpirit Health as the market director and vice president of human resources. Holt’s responsibilities included leading the development and execution of HR strategy to support the medical center’s overall business plan and strategic direction. Her focus areas were succession planning, talent management, performance management, training and development and compensation and benefits.

Holt holds a master’s degree in counselor education from the professional development program at Winona State University. She also received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Holt will be joining the Noridian team located in Fargo, N.D.
