Noridian Elevates Customer Service Experience with New VP

FARGO, N.D. (July 13, 2022) – Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs, is advancing its commitment to excellent customer service and growth by adding a new member to its executive leadership team. Cathy Benoit joins Noridian as the vice president of customer experience and will lead an elevated customer service experience for government and private enterprise clients.

“Noridian’s legacy is providing customers with a knowledgeable and adaptable back-office service team that delivers optimal results. This position takes our continuous improvement and innovation commitment to a new level,” shares Troy Aswege, senior vice president of operations at Noridian. “Cathy brings extensive knowledge of both the government and private sector health care industries, which will add value and ease to an already-strong customer service process.”

As the vice president of customer experience, Benoit will maintain contract expectations, optimize staffing levels and ensure Noridian customers are provided with the best possible service. This includes oversight of all Noridian contact centers, as well as provider outreach, education and enrollment, to ensure effective and efficient customer service. Additionally, Benoit will cultivate and maintain partnerships across Noridian functions to help teams successfully navigate competing priorities and create win-win solutions for all parties.

Benoit comes to Noridian with nearly 30 years of experience in the government health care market, of which over 20 years has been with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Benoit’s most recent role with CMS was as the director of the Division of Business & Data Analytics. Throughout her career and as a representation of her impactful work, Benoit received four Administrator’s Achievement Awards—one of the highest possible honors for CMS.

Benoit has a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and finance from Nichols State University. She also received her bachelor’s degree in quantitative analysis and production management with emphasis in computer programming. Benoit resides in the greater New Orleans, Louisiana region.
