New Executive Leader Reinforces Noridian’s Culture of Compliance

Noridian announces new vice president of compliance and audit 

FARGO, N.D. (Jan. 17, 2023) – Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs, is advancing its commitment to its employees and providing excellent customer service by adding a new member to its executive leadership team. With more than 20 years of experience within the health care industry, Kara Benedict joins Noridian as the vice president of compliance and audit.

As the vice president of compliance and audit, Benedict will strategically lead the compliance and audit teams to meet both the current and future needs of Noridian Healthcare Solutions. She will be joining the Noridian team located in Fargo, North Dakota.

Benedict comes to Noridian with decades of comprehensive experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining Noridian, she served as the associate vice president of governance risk & compliance for Covenant Care, a post-acute care organization spanning two states. Benedict’s responsibilities included the development, implementation, and oversight of the company’s corporate compliance, legal and risk management programs which included an independent internal audit team.

Benedict holds a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of West Florida. She also received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Medical College of Georgia. In addition to being a registered nurse, Benedict is certified in health care compliance.
